Alyeska Pipeline / NEI Fluid Technology
Special Projects Manager working on building aircraft refueling pump stations along the Alyeska Pipeline. There's a instruction video presenting yours' truly on operating the skids. Employee perk was flying out to Talkeetna for legendary Mountain High Pizza with Monte and Linda Parish.
Public Accounting
Auditor in public accounting is where I met Old Man Waterson, Cook Inlet Keeper in Homer, Al's Alaskan Inn and so many others.
Development and REITS
Waterson Construction stuck with me because I went off to run some very large nationwide portfolios of retail shopping centers, big box, commercial office, multifamily residential, senior nursing facilities and medical space - and then we started building it in 2006. I find particular joy of watching all that is planned leap off the page into a very real 3D building that people are going to live part of their lives in and make it their own.
